How do I know where a product is available?

To determine in which store a shoe in your size is available, you can do the following: select your size and click on 'where to buy.' There you will find the specific location where you can purchase the shoe in person. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If the item or size you've chosen is unavailable for purchase, you can choose the correct size and click the 'notify me when available' button. In such a situation, you will receive a notification if there is a restock. Please be aware that restocks are not very frequent.

DOES MOROBÉ PROVIDE POST-PURCHASE SERVICES FOR ITS PRODUCTS?

Morobé offers product repair services for items purchased directly from Morobé's official channels, including Morobé.com, Morobé stores, and authorized Morobé retailers, within one year of purchase.

How is my order confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will be guided to a confirmation page that will show your order number and pertinent information. Furthermore, anticipate receiving an order confirmation email containing the same information.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track the status and delivery of your order at any time using the provided track and trace number, which will be included in the confirmation email you receive.

What is the shipping method used?

All orders are shipped with DPD or DHL (depending on the country of destination)  and require a signature upon delivery. DPD/DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

Do I have to pay customs duties?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Orders and deliveries outside the European Union may be subjected to local import duties and/or Taxes. MOROBÉ  is not responsible for any additional charges from customs or duties.

How can I return a product?

We permit returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your package, provided they comply with our Return Policy guidelines. For additional details regarding the return procedure, kindly refer to this page.

How long does it take to process a return?

After your package arrives at our warehouse, kindly allow for a processing period of 5 to 10 business days for your return. An email notification will be sent to you once the return process is finalized, and your refund has been issued.
